Carrie Busic is the Agribusiness Division Leader and is responsible for Westfield’s farm, commercial agribusiness and food product manufacturing business. As a long-term employee, Carrie has filled a number of underwriting and leadership roles in Commercial Lines. She and her husband Frank reside in Valley City, Ohio, with their two dogs Winston and Apollo.
Hannah Fulk is currently in the Graduate Development Program (GDP) at Westfield Insurance. Upon completion of her rotating assignments, she will enter into an underwriting role in the company’s Agribusiness division. With an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and a graduate degree from Delaware State University, Fulk has a strong background in agriculture having grown up on a farm and participated in Future Farmers of America and 4-H.

Lisa Kirby is a Commercial Lines Field Manager in the Agribusiness Division of Westfield Insurance. Her role is to tailor insurance policies to meet the unique needs of farm and food related businesses. Kirby held similar positions in North and South Carolina and possesses a total of six years of underwriting and risk management experience. She earned her undergraduate degree in Agribusiness Management from Penn State University and currently holds Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) designations.
Joshua Lauth is an AgriBusiness Field Manager for the Eastern Region of Westfield’s AgriBusiness Division. He works out of the Charlotte, North Carolina, service office, where he works directly with independent agents, brokers, and insureds in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Josh is a graduate from The Ohio State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Applied Economics. He holds insurance designations as both an AU (Associate in Commercial Underwriting) and an AFIS (Agriculture Farm Insurance Specialist). He is currently working towards his CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter).
In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is also an avid fisherman and loves outdoor adventures.

With an undergraduate degree in Agronomy, Jay Myer, CPCU, CIC, ARM, CRM, AFIS, is the agribusiness field manager for Kentucky, Tennessee and much of Illinois at Westfield Insurance. He joined Westfield in 2006 and has worked in its commercial agribusiness division. Prior to joining Westfield, Myer worked in a variety of capacities, including loss control, direct agent representative, and production underwriting. Prior to working in commercial agribusiness insurance, he worked four years at Farm Service Cooperative in Harlan, Iowa. Overall he possesses more than 34 years of agribusiness experience. Scott is a Region Leader in our Agribusiness Division. He has 27 years of insurance experience and his background includes roles in field underwriting, commercial lines manager, commercial services manager and premium audit leader. His entire career has been at Westfield Insurance. Scott and his family reside in the rural community of Spencer, Ohio.

David is the western region leader in Westfield Insurance’s Agribusiness division. He possesses 19 years of service with Westfield, with more than 10 years visiting and servicing mid-market and large farming operations in the Midwest and Arizona.
Kristin Taylor is a Product Manager at Westfield Insurance with responsibility for the Agricultural sector, which includes the Farmowners Line of Business as well as other products that address the needs of customers who own Commercial Agribusinesses. Kristin has prior professional experience in Commercial Sector Management as well as Farm and Agribusiness Underwriting. In addition, she possesses personal experience as a dairy cattle breeder and a business partner in a family farm. Kristin is a graduate of Ashland University.
David W. Yeager, ALCM
David is a Risk Control Consultant for Westfield Insurance with a specialization in Agriculture. He provides professional consultation and support services to customers in Westfield’s Special Risk and AgriBusiness Divisions. His responsibilities focus on assessing, evaluating and developing customer-focused service plans and educating customers about loss exposure to achieve quantifiable results. Yeager possesses more than 23 years of experience providing risk and safety management services to a wide variety of customers in the private, public and military sectors. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Fire Prevention and Control / Industrial Risk Management from Eastern Kentucky University and the Associate in Loss Control Management designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
